We recommend eating the cupcakes the day they are purchased, however they are still tasty the next day. Because our cupcakes are filled and frosted with cream-based products, they should be refrigerated in an airtight container. These desserts can remain unrefrigerated for a maximum of 2 hours. Refrigeration will dry-out the cake, so by day 3, cupcakes will likely be stale. Please bring cupcakes to room temperature before eating. Cupcakes may also be frozen in an airtight container, although this may alter the consistency of the frosting and filling.
Cookies should be kept in an air-tight container, not refrigerated. They will keep for 3 days this way. Cookies also freeze wonderfully in an airtight container or freezer-safe plastic bag.
